We may decline an order if the commission is something we cannot deliver well. We only accept and will draw what was listed above.

Do not use the non-commercial artwork for commercial use unless discussed beforehand; extra charges or royalties will apply for commercial projects. If the artwork is approved for commercial projects, it will count as Commercial Commission instead, and then you will have the artist's permission for commercial use.

Do not claim full credit for the artwork's creation. While the commissioner has ownership of the artwork, we retain certain rights such as artist credits and publishing the art in our personal portfolio & social media.

Publishing and privatization of personal commissions can be considered and discussed, especially for marketing purposes of commercial work.

Reposting your commissioned artwork is allowed as long as proper crediting is given including linking any of the artist's relevant social media account(s).

Both personal and commercial works made by Luna Scarlet/MCC are NOT authorized for use in any blockchain-related technology including NFTs and any form of cryptocurrency.

The commission will only be worked on after the down payment has been made. Meanwhile, the full artwork will be handed over to the commissioner only after the full payment has been made.

Changing characters is allowed if we haven't started on your commission. Please ask first if we have started or not!

Refunds are allowed if we take more than 6 months without progress OR if you have an emergency, otherwise we won't allow it. Cancelation by the commissioner without a clear reason in the middle of work progress will not receive refunds!

We will provide screenshots of WIPs. You are limited to 3 revisions during the sketching stage, and 1 chance for minor adjustments in the finishing stages (including hues, painting in missing details, text variations). No major changes are allowed in the finishing stage that will affect the overall composition of the piece.

Screenshots of WIPs or Files that are given to the commissioners are NOT allowed to be used as a base material for AI (Artificial Intelligence) Art. If found to be used, or to be finished with AI Art, we will have to blacklist you from our future commissions and ask for extra charges or royalties.
